Spiral Mountain / Staff

Your guide to who's who here at Spiral Mountain. Click on their name to be whisked magically over to their profile page in the forums.

The Administrators:

Luke (luke@spiralmountain.co.uk)

Within the Spiral Mountain hierarchy, Luke is the greasy, ruffle-haired mechanic stuck in-between dangerous machinery, ensuring the cogs are sufficiently oiled. Melodramatics aside, Luke is responsible for all the background work that's hidden from public view. Luke's not quite sure why he wrote this in 3rd person.

Paul (paul@spiralmountain.co.uk)

Co-founder and admin / webmaster here at Spiral Mountain, Paul's primary role is the design of the web site, so if there's something you don't like about it it's all his fault. Over time his role has evolved into a 'jack of all trades' position, doing a little bit of everything to keep things ticking over. It's also his job to get all of the content (reviews, walkthroughs, etc.) written and available, but sadly this is taking him much longer than he would have liked so please bear with him folks (so much to do, and so little time). He likes playing videogames, playing football, long walks in the country, and evenings spent down the pub.

The Moderators:

Goombastic

Wassup. This is Goombastic, Goombs, Goomba, G. I've been here at Spiral Mountain for quite some time, all of those years ago when Version 1 was out and the streets of Spiral Mountain was bare with only me, Pyro, Skill, Kowz, Freddy, Sealed and of course Luke and Paul. It's been awesome to see the site grow and see what it has come today. I just hope no one comes along and tries to screw it up, thats why us mods aren't gonna let that happen. I am a Nintendoid and my favourite game is Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Shenmue. My all-time favourite multiplayer is Smash Bros. Melee, but I also enjoy the entire Mario Kart series. You're likely to catch me around in the Video Games or Creative forums. See you around.

Halseleh

Hallo. I've been a member of Spiral Mountain since December 2006. If you want/need to access me in any way, feel free to look in my profile for my AIM, MSN and Skype. I live in Illinois and am contributing myself by being the writer I've always wanted to be. Hurray! If you have any problems with anything, be it on the Site or if it's a personal issue, feel free to come to me for help. I'm here to listen and give advice if needed.

Kowbrainz

Hullo, Kowbrainz here. Don't mind the odd name - it's just an alias I chose a while back to be original that somehow stuck with me. Anyhoo, give me a buzz if you need anything by emailing me through the link on my profile. Generally I read all mail as soon as I can; provided I can actually, you know, read it. I live down in Perth, Australia and I'm currently finishing up highschool with some games on the side. While I've debated hard on the matter over the last few years, it wasn't until this year [2008] that I realised that Banjo-Kazooie was my favourite game - just the fact that I could play it again and again ten years after it was originally released and still not get sick of it. Currently I've been writing a guide which will hopefully turn up here soon, and a good deal of it has been written by memory without having the game or a reference near me. Kinda freaky, really. Other games that come close to me are the Donkey Kong Country trilogy and Banjo-Tooie. See you around.

LerakoLanche

Lerako's specific origins are shrouded in mystery, many scientists believe that he has come from the dark recesses of space, whereas many conflicting opinions believe he spawned from under the couch. Since that day last week, Lerako has found his niche in artistery around the site; creating detailed imagery that leaps off the page. Literally speaking of course, for just last Tuesday he was seen leaping an idea off the page and onto Zkoopa's forehead, leaving a detailed, albeit painful, doodle of a sheeple. Lerako's habit will continue to destory trees through pencils and paper, but the safety of others and himself has been guaranteed as all sharp and fluffy objects have been removed from the room.
Now if he would only let go of that pointy pencil...

Rare Lover

Hey I'm Rare Lover, a mod here at Spiral Mountain, and you are reading this because you either have nothing better to do, or you're new, and want to find your way around...probably the first one, anyways my name is Rare lover because I obviously love Rare, and if you don't know what I mean by Rare...just seriously leave. I like rain, misery, and laugh when I "burst someone's bubble". My favorite movie series is Aliens, and if you don't know what Aliens I'm talking about then prepare to be facehugged. My favorite video game series is Donkey Kong (DKC2 being my favorite, sorry Banjo and Kazooie). I am hella liberal so keep that in mind while surfing the debate forum. If you want to get to know me then feel free to admit to the world that you have serious problems. Or I guess you can e-mail me. You can reach me via AIM (rarelover), MSN (kaptainkrool@prodigy.net), or skype (rare_lover).

SealedSeven

SealedSeven is currently Unavailable at this Time. He would like to inform you that he will be back Late February once Bowling and Robotics stops taking his free time. He is sorry for any inconveniences this will not cause(?).

Zkoopa

Wazzup! I'm Zkoopa, a mod here at SM. But that was obvious. :P Well I'm on for most of the day, keeping things in check on the forum with the other mods. If you have any questions, just PM me! :D
